Bombaroom Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Thanks for playing Bombaroom! This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use our game on the App Store and Meta Quest Store. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

2. Data Collection and Storage

When you play Bombaroom on Meta Quest, we collect and process the following personal data provided by Meta via the Meta Platform SDK:

• USER_ID – a unique identifier for your Meta account (not your real name or email)
• USER_AGE_GROUP – an age category provided by Meta (not your exact birthdate)

On Apple platforms (iOS / iPadOS / visionOS), Bombaroom uses Game Center for achievements/leaderboards; Apple may process your Game Center profile and gameplay stats pursuant to Apple’s policies.

We do not collect any other personal data.

3. Why we use the data (purposes)

• Enable and display achievements and leaderboards
• Provide age-appropriate feature access based on USER_AGE_GROUP
• Identify your account within Bombaroom for gameplay continuity

We do not use USER_ID or USER_AGE_GROUP for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

4. How we store and share data

We do not store USER_ID or USER_AGE_GROUP on our own servers. These data are provided by Meta and are processed within Bombaroom only as needed to call Meta’s achievements/leaderboards services. Storage and long-term retention of these data are handled by Meta Horizon under Meta’s policies.

We do not sell, rent, or share USER_ID or USER_AGE_GROUP with third parties.

5. Data retention

INSCEPT does not retain USER_ID or USER_AGE_GROUP on its servers. Any retention is performed by Meta Horizon in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights and data deletion

You may request deletion of data associated with your Meta account in the following ways:

• Use the Meta Horizon Privacy Center and your Meta account settings.
• Email us at developers@inscept.com with the subject “Bombaroom – Data Deletion Request.” We will assist by coordinating with Meta to ensure your request is honored.

Note: Uninstalling Bombaroom does not by itself delete data held by Meta. Please use one of the methods above.

7. Children’s privacy

Bombaroom does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Age-based access is enforced using USER_AGE_GROUP supplied by Meta/Apple according to their policies.

8. Security

We use official Meta and Apple SDKs and APIs to securely access platform features. Platform providers are responsible for securing any data they store.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted within the app listing or on this page.
